Script Reading and Analysis

Develop trust, focus, and group awareness through games, movement excercises, and collective exercises. This workshop fosters a sense of belonging and co-creation, encouraging students to listen, respond, and build creatively as a unit - laying the foundation for strong ensemble performance.

Ensemble Building & Collaboration

Students explore how to generate original material through improvisation, creative writing, and physical theatre techniques. This workshop emphasises narrative structure, character creation, and collaborative authorship - empowering participants to shape and share their own stories with confidence.

My brother recently landed a feature role in an amateur theatre production of “Singing In The Rain”. Despite what the title infers - there is nothing amateur about it. Production value is high, and the acting takes you out of the auditorium and into your own magical sing-song world. Needless to say - a very proud brother right here.

Storytelling & Devising

Focusing on breath, projection, articulation, and vocal range, this workshop supports students in developing a connected, expressive voice. Exercises draw from classical and contemporary voice practices to help participants speak with clarity, intention, and emotional truth.

Tanika is a London-based actor, voiceover artist, and drama coach with over 10 years of professional experience in the performing arts. She trained at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama and has worked professionally across theatre, education, and creative facilitation since 2017, combining an active acting career with teaching and mentoring across a range of settings.Over the past eight years, Tanika has delivered workshops across the UK’s education and arts sectors, working with children, young people, and adults - from Key Stage 2 pupils to postgraduate performers. Teaching in schools, colleges, universities, arts organisations, and one-to-one settings has shaped not only her practice, but her understanding of what performers and learners truly need in order to create.Through this work, she recognised a recurring truth: real creativity only emerges when people feel safe, validated, and seen enough to bring their authentic selves into the space. Technical skill alone is not enough. Without trust, freedom, and permission to play, expression becomes guarded and creativity contracts.This understanding sits at the heart of Livity Arts. The name reflects a sense of aliveness, vitality, and embodied presence. Livity Arts was founded to create spaces where people can return to play with ferocity, curiosity, courage, and freedom. In these moments, something powerful is ignited: self-trust deepens, confidence grows, and creativity becomes expansive rather than performative.Alongside her teaching practice, Tanika sits on an auditions panel for a leading drama school, giving her a current insight into training standards and industry pathways.Tanika founded Livity Arts to create a practice that feels human, empowering, and genuinely inclusive. Her work focuses on self-trust, ensemble connection, and honest self-expression. Every session is held within a supportive, engaging environment that centres confidence, curiosity, and collaboration.
